• Right to be Forgotten: Users can request full deletion of their data at any time via our dashboard or support contact.
• Data Sovereignty: All European user data is processed and stored exclusively within EU servers (OVHcloud).

As a provider of AI systems, we classify our "Workplace Risk" tools as Limited Risk under the EU AI Act, focusing on transparency and human oversight.

We collect video data you voluntarily upload for analysis. This video is processed temporarily to extract motion data (skeletal coordinates) and is then permanently deleted from our processing servers unless you explicitly opt-in to our research dataset.

To provide motion analysis reports, improve our stick-figure rendering accuracy, and for internal system performance monitoring.
